 Great New Tips!

While each tip can mostly stand alone, it is best to read them all and incorporate them into an overall assault on the grill. Be sure to have your assault well fortified with your favorite beverage! Today's tip is:

Great Steaks

We're going to make this simple AND you are going to get the raves you so well deserve. Some folks, wanting to keep it real simple, like to place only a slice of butter on the steak after each side has been turned and is still very hot. This works, but there's more flavor to be had. If you want to experiment a little, flip over to the Barbecue'n site Recipes Page and mix up the ingredients for the LEMON PEPPER THYME RUB FOR STEAKS AND BURGERS. Marinate for 30 minutes or up to 2 hours before grilling.

Like we mentioned above, prepare a HOT fire - around 700 degrees. Cook these guys until you like them and serve hot with a baked potato, glass of wine and a candle. Boy will you make an impression on your guests or loved one! Enjoy.

Good Luck!
