Are you cooking over long periods of time? Want to keep things going while
you go take a nice long nap? We have just the solution! As for the coals
that are still burning, move them to one side - - - all by themselves.
Next, . . . . and you may want some gloves for this . . . . . . arrange
"new" charcoal (not already burning) in a row leading away from the
existing burning coals. As time goes on, the old coals will light the new
charcoal and you will have created a "controlled burning fuse", so to
speak. The fire will slowly burn down the chain of new charcoal and never
get too hot all at once . . . . . . . . . go ahead and enjoy that nap!
