Thanks to my excellent photographer, Mr. Richard Neese, we recently acquired photographs of the finest and most unique barbecue pits and grills in the world at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo on Saturday, February 10, 1996.

While at the cookoff contest, we met and took photos of a former Houston Oiler
who was enjoying the day.

He has his own line of barbecue sauce and sausage and his cooking team
was offering free samples which were really quite good.
