Pulled Pork Flavoring

Have you cooked a pork butt, shoulder or Boston Butt, threaded the meat for pulled pork sandwiches and found that it didn't quite have the flavor you were seeking?
Well, here's a little secret that you may not know that is being done even by the best of the cooks competing professionally. After the pork has been pulled and is in the tray, sprinkle just a little of the left over dry rub and mix it in. Taste the meat then and add more if needed. Fine tune your final product to your unique taste buds.
