This elegant white wine sauce is for those tasty and delicate meats which have wonderful flavor that you don't want to overpower. Great on chicken, fish and Cornish hens.

Combine the following ingredients:
1 cup white wine 1/4 pound of real butter (1 stick) 1 medium white onion, chopped 1 clove garlic, crushed 2 tsp. rosemary, dried 1 tsp. parsley, dried 1/2 tsp. paprika
Simmer in a pan for 25 to 30 minutes. Pour over meat when serving.
