Sweet Black Pepper Rub

Let's begin by combining the following ingredients:
 2 Tbs granulated cane sugar
1 Tbs seasoned salt
1 Tbs onion salt
1 Tbs celery salt
2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp ground marjoram
1/2 tsp ground thyme
4 cups apple juice, as needed
To make the rub, combine the rub ingredients and blend well. Season the turkey evenly inside and out with the rub mixture.
