For those quick romantic meals, very little can compare to a thick rib eye, sirloin or filet mignon to wine and dine your favorite person. Make sure everything else is ready so you can place the steaks on the plates and enjoy!

Mix the following ingredients, coat the meat thoroughly 1 hour before grilling:
3 Tbs of lemon pepper
1 Tbs ground thyme
1 Tbs paprika
1 tsp garlic powder or granular garlic
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
Grill the steak to your preferred doneness, add twice baked potato and a crisp salad.
