Salmon Bourbon
Marinade

What a waste of Bourbon!!! I much prefer to marinate my tonsils in bourbon while marinating the salmon in olive oil and lemon juice.

This recipe will be good for 2 pounds of salmon.

Mix the following and marinate the salmon for several hours in the refrigerator
    1/4 cup olive oil - not extra virgin
    2 T. good bourbon
    1/2 t. garlic
    1/2 t. onion powder
    1/2 t. dill

Don't overcook!
