Peppered Tuna Steaks
Pepper is one of God's gifts to cooks. Fresh ground peppercorns are a delightful addition to just about any food. Seafood is no exception to the rule!
First, collect the following ingredients:
4 - 8-ounce tuna steaks
2 Tbs olive oil, extra virgin
1 Tbs dried thyme
2 Tbs fresh ground black pepper
Combine oil, thyme and pepper in a non-reactive bowl (stainless, glass, plastic) and mix thoroughly. Apply to steaks as a rub and cook over a hot fire until done. Enjoy.
