Summer or winter, turkey is the ultimate choice for healthy meals from the grill. With a simple marinade and some loving care, your meal will delight the guests and have them begging for the recipe!
Place your hands on the following ingredients:
1 turkey breast, split in two to make thinner
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup peanut oil
1/2 Tbs poultry seasoning
2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1 tsp basil or tarragon
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp lemon juice
Combine all ingredients in a small glass dish (covered) or sturdy plastic bag, add turkey breasts and allow to marinate for several hours in the refrigerator before cooking.
Remove the turkey and allow to reach room temperature. While the turkey is warming, reheat the marinade until it begins to boil gently. Remove and allow to cool. Cook turkey breasts over medium heat until done basting with the marinade.
