Ginger and garlic offer a magical combination of flavors fit for royalty. They compliment each other well and set up a great meal waiting to happen!
First, collect the following ingredients:
1 lb shrimp pealed and deveined
2 Tbs soy sauce
2 garlic cloves - minced
1 Tbs rice vinegar
1 Tbs fresh ginger - grated
1/2 tsp onion power
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp sesame oil
Clean and devein the shrimp. Mix ingredients in a glass bowl and lightly coat the shrimp in the sauce just before grilling (or up to an hour before). Grill over medium heat until done. Enjoy.
