Burgers are an all time favorite - just about any time of the year.  Always use fresh ingredients and spices to make the best burgers.  While lean meat is great, make sure you still have enough interpersed fat to pull off this great burgers.  One secret is to refrigerate the meat after adding the other ingredients.

2 pounds premimum ground beef
1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup minced onion
1 tsp salt
1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp Italian-style seasoning
Additional condiments as desired

1. 2 to 4 hours before the cookout, in a large bowl, combine the beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, onion, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Refrigerate
2. Preheat grill for high heat.
3. Form burgers into 1/2 inch thick patties. Lightly oil grate. Place burgers on grill. Cook until done to your perfection
