More and more folks are finding the enjoyment in one of the newest forms of entertainment. The fried turkey is beomeing very popular around the holiday season.

thoroughly combine the following:
1/2 Cup salt
1/4 Cup garlic powder
1/4 Cup onion powder
1/8 Cup thyme
1/8 Cup paprika
1/8 Cup ground bay
1/8 Cup oregano
1/8 Cup fresh ground black pepper
Season the turkey 1 hour before frying.
