This rub can be used on beef, pork and poultry as well as your favorite veggies. First, collect the following ingredients:
1/4 cup chili powder
1/4 cup cumin - ground
1/4 cup coriander - ground
3 Tbs brown sugar
2 Tbs fresh ground black pepper
1 Tbs cinnamon - ground
1 Tbs salt
1 Tbs red pepper flakes
Combine all the ingredients and stir thoroughly. Sprinkle onto the meat or veggie like you would salt ... or just a little heavier. Cook as you would normally. Save the balance in an airtight container and keep in the freezer. To really crank this recipe into high gear, double the pepper flakes.
