Combine the following ingredients EXCEPT THE OIL, in a plastic or glass bowl until salt and sugar are dissolved. Start off by gathering the following items:
2 Pork Tenderloins
1 cup dry white wine
3 Tbsp. canola/light olive oil
3 Tbsp. of Dijon Mustard
3/4 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
1/8 tsp. cayanne (optional)
Mix all the ingredients [and only 1/2 cup of wine] in a small bag and marinate for 12 hours. Heat grill to 225° and cook until center reaches 150° in the thickest portion. Mix remaining wine with balance of marinade and baste regularly. Serve and watch the smiles.
