Dijon Mustard Poultry

Comments:

Some recipes are slow paced like summer should be. This quick and easy recipe offers an easy summer change from the normal routine!

We use this one on turkey breasts, but it can also be used on chicken breasts.

   First rinse and pat dry the poultry of choice. Next spread a moderate (you determine according to taste) amount of dijon mustard on both sides.
   Sprinkle with rosemary, fresh cracked black pepper. Grill over medium heat and serve hot.
   Makes for a great summertime change of pace. Serve with grilled corn.
