First, collect the following ingredients:

    3 cups of roasted red peppers - chopped
    1/4 cup olive oil - light
    7 ounce can chipotle chilies
    1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbs apple juice
    2 Tsp fresh ground black pepper
    1 tsp salt

Combine thoroughly and blend completely. Chill and serve on entree Enjoy!
