Beer Based
Marinade

My preference is to save the beer for the cook, however, here's something just for you. Smoky.
Mix the following ingredients:
1 pt. beer 1 pt. apple cider vinegar 1 pt. apple juice 1 c corn/peanut/olive oil 1 c Worcestershire sauce 2 T garlic powder 2 T onion powder 2 T paprika (Hungarian, preferred) 4 T salt 1 T fresh ground black pepper 2 t ground thyme 2 t ground bay 2 t celery seed
Simmer slightly and cool before using. After marinading, bring to a boil then baste during the cooking.
