Beer Based Marinated Rib Eye Steaks

Comments:

True Grillmasters know the way to cook a tender, juicy and flavorful nice thick Rib Eye Steak.  Sear 'em hot and serve them right away.  Here is a wonderful beer based marinade to get your steaks pointed in the direction of greatness!  This recipe can marinate 6 Rib Eye Steak.

1 bottle of dark beer - warm - 12 ounces
1/4 cup brown sugar - packed
2 Tbs chopped garlic
2 Tbs chopped red onion
2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbs olive oil
1 Tbs fresh lime juice
1 Tbs coarse brown mustard
2 tsp salt
1 tsp fresh ground black pepper

Thoroughly combine all the ingredients (except the salt) in a non-reactive mixing bowl.  Get you a plastic zipper bag and place the steaks in the bag.  You may need several bags so just split the number of steaks in each bag evenly.

Pour the marinade over the steaks, seal the bags and thoroughly coat the steaks.  Place steaks in the refrigerator for 4 to 12 hours for deep wonderful marinating.

Cook steaks over medium-hot heat until done to your perfection.  Season with salt and serve immediately. Be sure to save a beer to enjoy with your beautiful steak!
