Directions

As the name implies, this marinade can be used on all types of meats to bring out the best of flavors.

    1/2 cup white wine vinegar
    1/0 cup classic olive oil
2 tsp salt (regular will do)
    2 tsp sugar, white
    1 tsp pepper, black ground
1 to 2 garlic cloves, pressed

Combine all ingredients EXCEPT THE OIL, in a plastic or glass bowl until salt and sugar are dissolved. Then blend in the oil slowly with a whisking motion until it too has blended and dissolved.

Other ingredients to be added? Try basil, oregano, mustard powder, anchovies, onion, lemon juice, parsley, white pepper, red pepper, paprika, ginger, etc. Let your creative juices flow and enjoy!
