FAQ Subject: I want to cook a pig in the ground

I am going to be cooking a pig on the 27 of october and i was wondering if you could tell me how to cook one in the ground because i have heard of it and i have not enough money to rent a cooker

Thanks , Nathan Freeman from S.C.

Hi NatelovesStacy,

Romance has severely degraded your reasoning.

Click into the FAQs and read the ones around "Deep Pit" to find out how to boil pig the hard way.

You would be much better off finding an old army cot spring set and setting it up on four iron pipes drove into the ground at the corners. Build up a hardwood fire, spread the coals, put the bed spring on the pipes and throw the pork on the springs. Click into the Recipe section and find "Smoky's Scratch Basting Sauce" for basting. Click into "According to Smoky" and read "Shoulders & Butts" for how to.

Luck,
Smoky
