FAQ Subject: I need cooking temps and times

i would like to find a chart of approximate cooking temps and times for all bbq items

Hi Bob,

All barbecue is cooked at around 200°. Chicken takes 3-5 hours, ribs 5-8 hours, shoulders 8-12 hours, brisket 12-15 hours, whole hog 20-24 hours.
