I really have a question!!!! Being a Texas transplant from Florida, I
really miss the smoked mullet roe. Do you have any good idea as to where I might order some over the internet?

You might ease down to Galveston occasionally and smell around.
There are fewer and fewer commercial mullet smokers, even on my Mississippi coast. Folks in Florida are telling me that good smoked mullet is getting harder and harder to find. Personally, I am setting aside a week this fall to go down smoke mullet on the coast then vacuum seal it and freeze it. May pickle a little too.
