FAQ Subject: How do I truss a chicken?

What does it mean to truss a chicken for rotisserie grilling?

Hi Lavrisha,

If you were into S&M you would know that trussing means tying up. This is usually done with cotton twine and keeps the wings and legs close to the body. Personally, I don't think it is worth the effort or even desirable.
