FAQ Subject: Care of oil after frying a turkey

HEY SMOKY,

I GOT ONE FOR YA . WHAT CAN BE WITH DONE THE OIL AFTER DEEP FRYING A TURKEY CAN IT BE SALVAGED AND REUSED AGAIN AT A LATER DATE ? I HAD HEARD SOMEONE SAY THE USED THE OIL 3 DIFFERENT OCCASIONS (PEANUT OIL) THAT IS. HOPE YOU HAVE AN ANSWER FOR ME.

HI Frank,

Thanks for the kind words. You wait until the oil is cooled, then strain it and pour it up in the jug that it came it. Cap it and keep it in a cool place. It can be used until the odor will tell you not to.
