I wonder if you can advise me on how to cook Lobster.

Terry

Hi Terry,

Can't tell you how to cook lobster on the barbecue (see glossary) but I can tell you how to cook lobster on the grill.

First, steam (or boil) the lobster 3-5 minutes. Shuck, denude, etc, baste with butter and lemon juice, and grill over 350*F coals. Turn and baste frequently.

Feel with the fingers. When it becomes firm, take it off.

There are a lot of other seasonings that you could add, but none that I know would improve the flavor of lobster to any of us who are not already sated.

Send me a few and I will experiment and report back.

Fun.
